SO walking in, its very deserted everything was fine. Gave coupon to buy the deal and paid. With my family, we always ask for the coupon back so we can use it again. I asked for it back the guy was about to give it to me until this BITCHY supervisor... i assume, said out loudly "No, you dont give the coupon back" while I was standing there. SUch a FUCKEN BITCH.
Then I was so piss already and I just stood there, waiting for all the food to come. It came and I question the guy to why I cant have the coupon back he said he doesnt know either and he called that woman over for me. She full came over, gave me teh SHITEST EXUSES to why I cant have the coupon = a fucken shitty service for the customer. She first said that we dont give coupons back and I said that i always had asked and they would give me it back, then she went on about she would show me all the coupons that was taken..... "omg cuz ppls dont ask for them back stupid one" (what i was thinking in my head" and then she said "we take it back because people will use it again" so then I went to her "so you dont want this customer to come back here".... finally she went to her boss and said in an attitude voice "She wants the coupon BAck!" and the boss went "yeah, give it to her" like in a tone to why doesnt she give coupons back.... tsk tsk she came back "here's your coupon"
I VOW MYSELF TO NEVER GO IN VILLAWOOD KFC AGAIN and I reconmmend everyone to not go there as well since:
1. Their reputation is down the drain
2. Shit customer service
hahhah so Then i full told the story to my dad, mum etc etc hahahha my Mum was like you should have told her off more by saying how we dont go to Villawood because of the incident and today we came and you treat us like that etc etc and she was like you should have chuck the coupon back as well hahaha hmmm i should have now I think about it... since I seem easy by grabbing the coupon off her ........ hmph also came home and realized there was NO SAUCE
the main reason to why I did that was the number 1 reason to the fact that she had disrespected me as a customer...... that made me go BOOM... how was she rude. 1. she told the employee to not give me the coupon in a very harsh way..... she could of have told me directly that oh sorry but you cant have the coupon back but then she screamed it out indirectly to me "No, dont give the coupon back" then she glance at me and siad you cant have it......... tsk tsk such a bitch, there was no genuine customer service and that tick me off
told the story just then to my sister and she was like I would just leave it since it looks like you are a tight arse and i was like to her if a woman who is serving you treats you like that would you just leave it..... haha she didnt have anything to say and walked off
